Heavy rains lashed the National capital region today, leading to waterlogging in several parts of the sprawling metropolis and throwing traffic out of gear besides leaving people stranded on the roads during the morning rush hours. The early morning showers in several parts of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad made it difficult for the people to come put of their homes and reach their workplaces.
