Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi appeared to be in a combative mood on Sunday as he told a maha rally here that the Centre was conspiring to topple his government through the office of the Governor.
“Two governments can’t run in a single state”, said Modi. The Centre has been indulging in conspiracies against my government since 2004, he added.
