In Kanpur, 90 Per Cent Burnt Girl Is First Taken To Police Station And Then Hospital

The Kanpur police has set a senseless precedent by asking the parents of a 14-year-old girl suffering from 90 per cent burns, to first take her to the police station to record her dying statement, and then rush her to the hospital. The girl died before she reached the hospital.
