Draft Bill In Kerala Provides For Imprisonment For Fathering Third Child
The Kerala Women's Code Bill 2011 submitted to the Kerala chief minister by a 12-member committee headed by Justice V R Kishna Iyer provides for imprisonment for fathering a third child, reports Times of India.
