Fresh evidence has emerged that the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh failed to exercise any leadership during the murky episode involving the 2G spectrum scam, DNA reports.The report said, documents made available to DNA show that Manmohan Singh failed to act upon reams of advice sent to him by some of his seniormost cabinet colleagues.
