Delhi Police has arrested a man accused of abducting kids in Jamia Nagar localities. On Wednesday, four-year-old Hammad went out of home in Abul Fazal Enclave at around 5 pm. When his father Kauser Khan came out after an hour in search of his child, he found a man trying to board an auto with a child wrapped in a shawl.
