Australia wicketkeeper Brad Haddin announced his retirement from international Twenty20 cricket Thursday to focus on the longer forms of the game.
Haddin, 33, played in 25 T20 internationals, his last during Australia’s just-completed tour of Sri Lanka.
“I thoroughly enjoy Twenty20 cricket and have taken great pride from playing all three forms of the game for Australia,” he was quoted in a Cricket Australia statement. “However I feel the time is now right for me to concentrate on test and ODI cricket.
