New Delhi, Sep 1: Opposition BJP MLAs were today suspended from Delhi Assembly for three days as they continued to disrupt proceedings for the third day demanding a discussion on CAG report relating to alleged irregularities in certain CWG projects implemented by Delhi government.
All BJP MLAs, including Leader of Opposition V K Malhotra, were marshalled out after the House met for the second time during the day following a 30-minute adjournement forced by vociferous opposition lawmakers who also blew conch as a mark of protest.
As soon as the House assembled, Malhotra demanded a discussion on either CAG report and questioned why Dikshit was allowed to make a suo motu statement on allegations of corruption on Tuesday when BJP MLAs were marshalled out for seeking to discuss the findings of the auditor.
