Bhopal, Sep 12: Bhopal police on Monday evening took Group Captain Amit Gupta into custody for questioning in connection with the death of his friend dismissed IAF Flying Officer Anjali Gupta.
This was done after Anjali's mother told police that Amit Gupta had promised to marry the dismissed IAF officer.
With this, the case of alleged suicide by Anjali Gupta took a new turn. Her family members told police that she was in a “live-in” relationship with the Group Captain, police said.
