Rajesh, a constable with the UP Police Special Operation Group, was a married man with two children, but fell headlong in love with a girl Rishu in Ghanshyampuri here.
He wanted to marry her, but she and her mother did not agree to the second marriage offer, after which a furious Rajesh shot at both of them on Monday and then shot himself to death.
