In a setback to former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, the Karnataka High Court today dismissed his anticipatory bail application in connection with alleged irregularities in denotification of land. Justice L Narayana Swamy dismissed the application filed by Yeddyurappa, who had sought bail apprehending arrest.
