CCTV Footage Of Bike Borne Snatchers Dragging A Kanpur Woman

In a heartrending incident, a woman travelling on a rickshaw with her husband, had her purse snatched by two bike-borne snatchers, who in the process of commiting the act, took hold of her dupatta.

The woman, shows the CCTV footage, fell from the rickshaw and was dragged for nearly 10 metres on the road, after which the snatchers let go of the dupatta.
