Video - PGIMER Patient Burnt Alive In Oxygen Cylinder Blast
Kindhar Singh, a 55-year-old cancer patient, was on Monday night burnt alive after an oxygen cylinder burst into flames in the ICU of PGIMER hospital here, police said.
