FIFA remains concerned at the slow pace of Brazil’s preparations for the 2014 World Cup, saying its football officials appear to have invested more energy in winning the tournament than organizing it.
“We don’t have stadiums, we don’t have airports,” secretary general Jerome Valcke said on Friday at the Inside World Football forum in Moscow.
