S Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today said that she will not be in the race for the US presidency in 2016.Asked whether she was would be a presidential candidate in the 2016 elections to become her country’s first woman president, Clinton replied in the negative, saying “It’s time for me to step off the highway.”
