Talwinder Singh Marwah, a senior Congress MLA in Delhi is in the dock for allegedly admitting his daughter in a Delhi University college using fake documents following which the college authorities have filed a complaint with the police.
The allegation was levelled by Delhi BJP President Vijender Gupta while releasing documents related to a police complaint filed by Mata Sundri College against Jungpura MLA Tarvinder Singh Marwah, who is also Parliamentary Secretary to Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
