Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy said today that he would move the Supreme Court within a week challenging a Delhi Court’s decision to dismiss his plea to make Union Home Minister P Chidambaram as a co-accused in the 2-G scam.
Swamy told a “Meet-The-Press” programme here that in his 70-para verdict delivered early this month, the trial court judge had agreed with him in 65 paras.
