Seeking to woo Muslim voters in Uttar Pradesh, Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi today said the UPA government has initiated several welfare schemes for the community but they have not been properly implemented in the state.
“The UPA government has initiated scholarships for Muslim students but they have not been made available to them in UP,” he said while addressing an election rally at Nautanwa near the Indo-Nepal border here.
