An Afghan national was killed and three others were injured when a car in which they were travelling rammed into a divider and caught fire in south Delhi.
The incident took place on Rao Tula Ram Marg between Vasant Vihar and Munirka at around 5 am. The deceased has been identified as Qasim (25).
