Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, who is all set to make the sequel to his 1990 hit musical ‘Aashiqui’, says the film was autobiographical as it was based on the story of his first love.
“The best kept secret about Aashiqui is that it is also an autobiographical film, as it deals with the story of my very first love,” Bhatt tweeted today.
