South Delhi police on Wednesday arrested four persons on charge of duping customers of RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) by posing as EMI recovery agents.
The four, Vishal, Ajit, Kamal and Subhash, were detained from Hauz Khas after customers complained to the bank that they had already paid the amounts in cash to the accused posing as EMI recovery agents.
