BJP is in favour of bringing Prime Minister under the ambit of Lokpal since the top leader gets no immunity under any existing law of the country, senior party leader S K Modi said today.
“BJP demands that Prime Minister be brought under the ambit of Lokpal because Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code and Prevention of Corruption Act do not not give any immunity to PM,” Modi, also deputy chief minister of Bihar, told reporters here.
