Terming the National Sports Development Bill a "landmark initiative" aimed at "stemming the rot" in Indian sports, legendary athlete PT Usha on Tuesday, urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to ensure that it is cleared by the Cabinet and passed by the Parliament.
