Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today embarked on ‘Seva Yatra’ to tour throughout the state to study the steps taken for implementation of development schemes and Right to Service Act for making available public utility services free from corruption.
Talking to reporters before taking off for West Champaran district for the Yatra, Kumar said he would visit districts of West Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Sheikhpura, Arwal, Saharsa, Banka, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Purnia and Siwan under the first phase of the yatra beginning today.
