Congress Describes FIR Against Ministers As Example Of Jungleraj

New Delhi, Nov 17: Congress today dubbed as an instance of “Mayawati’s jungleraj” the criminal case filed by Uttar Pradesh police against Union Ministers Jitin Prasad and RPN Singh for allegedly assaulting Samajwadi Party workers during Rahul Gandhi’s rally in Phulpur recently.

“The issue is that those who broke the laws, fooled the police, reached the helipad without any authority of being there, no case has been filed against them,” party General Secretary Digvijay Singh told reporters.

“And those who caught them and stopped them from reaching the helipad, cases have been filed against all of them. Even case has been filed against the police. This is what I called Mayawati’s jungleraj,” he said.

The Allahabad police has also lodged criminal cases against Congress legislature party leader in UP Pramod Tiwari and MLC Naseeb Pathan.
