The status of Members of Parliament should be on par with Chief Justices of the High Courts in the Warrant of Precedence and they should be allowed to have red beacons atop their vehicles.
These are the key recommendations of the Committee of Privileges of the Lok Sabha, which tabled its report in the House today.
