Pakistan’s spy agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), has been raking in an annual profit of around Rs. 500 crore by circulating counterfeit notes in India, according to a presentation made by ministry of finance officials to a select group of police officers this month, reports the business newspaper Mint.
