Outer Delhi police on Monday managed to arrest three out of four persons who allegedly killed a property dealer named Manish in connection with a property dispute.
Police zeroed in on the killers by tracking the dead man's cellphone, which the accused had been using, B S Jaiswal, DCP, Outer Delhi said.
