Anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare has written a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, warning that he would resume his hunger strike after December 21, the proposed last date of Parliament’s winter session, if the government fails to pass an effective Jan Lokpal Bill by that date.
