Police in Gurgaon, Panchkula, and Ludhiana have so far closed down 25 hukka bars for providing high-nicotine tobacco to teenagers to inhale.
P C Meena, deputy commissioner of Gurgaon said that police and health departments conducted raid in all 12 hukka bars operating in this satellite city and found tobacco having 250 times more nicotine than cigarettes being served to teenagers.
The most disturbing aspect was, school boys and girls were found frequenting these hukka bars.
