Actor Salman Khan has played the Good Samaritan by obliging to the request of fellow star Aamir Khan by postponing the release of Bollywood flick Ek Tha Tiger.
The flick, starring Salman and ex-flame Katrina Kaif in lead roles, will now be released during Eid festival next year instead of its scheduled release of June 1, 2012. The release was postponed since Aamir Khan wanted to release his next film, directed by Reema Kagti, on June 1 and requested Salman Khan and producer Aditya Chopra to reschedule the release of 'Ek tha Tiger'.
Owing to close relationship and mutual respect they share with one another, both Aditya and Salman were happy to oblige and shift the release to Eid, A Yash Raj Films (YRF) statement issued here said.
