New Delhi, Oct 10: The new telecoms policy will focus on building access in rural areas and promoting the domestic production of equipment, Telecoms Minister Kapil Sibal said on Monday.
Sibal today demanded the telecom ministry to cut down on roaming charges in order to make India a telecom hub. He said we are one nation and we sould have one license policy across the country.
