Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley today slammed the UPA government for sending Income Tax notices to to two NGOs associated with team Anna member Kiran Bedi saying it was intolerant to criticism.
Those who had raised their voice against it were being harassed by its agencies, he told reporters on the sidelines of a function here.
“This government is intolerant to criticism and all those who have raised their voice against it are being harassed by its agencies,” Jaitley said.
The Income Tax department had yesterday sent notices for scrutiny to two NGOs associated with former police officer Kiran Bedi.
