A fifteen-year-old boy Pawan died while watching the burning of Ravana effigy in Mongolpuri on Thursday evening.
Pawan had gone up the roof of a school building and was watching the event, when he accidentally touched a high tension overhead wire, was electrocuted and fell on the pointed iron grill below. The grill went through his chest.
