The Pioneer on Saturday reported that RBI Governor and former Finance Secretary D Subbarao had regularly appraised the then Finance Minister P chidambaram about the 2G spectrum allocation issue.Though the Centre and the Congress may be defending Chidambaram, but facts point otherwise.
