Anil Mishra, a resident of Indore, set fire to his daughter-in-law Rhea and her four-month-old baby Angel on Saturday by pouring kerosene on them and setting them on fire, police said.
Anil Mishra's son came to save his wife and child, but he too was engulfed in flames and is battling for life in MY Hospital here.
"I will burn you alive and make my son marry another woman", shouted Anil Mishra before pouring kerosene on his daughter-in-law, Rhea told police in her dying statement.
Anil Mishra is presently absconding and a case has been registered against him, said Anuradha Shankar, IG Indore.
