Leading film production company Eros International which is expanding its presence in the regional film market has announced a collaboration with actor Jimmy Shergill’s company ‘Jimmy Shergill Productions’ for producing four Punjabi films.
The first of these projects ‘Taur Mitran Di’ has gone on floor starring Amrinder Gill, Ranvijay Singh, Surveen Chawla and Amita Pathak.
Following that will be a project featuring Jimmy himself and the shooting for which would commence in February 2012.
Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International Media Ltd said, “Jimmy Shergill has made an indelible mark in Punjabi films and Eros is looking forward to partnering with him as we continue with our expansion plans in the regional film markets,”.
