New Delhi, Sept 20: Jagdeep Singh, a resident of Sector-24, Rohini in Delhi has been charged of locking up his 65-year-old father Kuldip Singh inside a room in his flat. Police, with the assistance of an NGO, rescued the old man and sent him to hospital on Monday.
When policemen along with NGO activists reached the flat on Monday, they found the old man lying nude on the floor and in an almost emaciated condition.
