Sending best wishes to the people of India on the occasion of its 65th independence day, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that the Obama Administration believes that the partnership between the two countries will be one of the defining partnerships of the 21st century.
“India’s independence movement and the inspirational leadership of Mahatma Gandhi still move people to be the change that they want to see in the world,” Clinton said in her message on the occasion of India’s Independence Day on August 15.
