Jaipur, Aug 31: The IAS officer, who went missing from a restaurant at Jaipur-Delhi national highway in Alwar district, has remained untraceable so far, police said today.
Naveen Jain, a 2001 batch IAS officer, went missing yesterday when he along with his wife and son were on their way to New Delhi from Jaipur in a car.
Circle Officer Behror-Alwar said different teams have been rushed to several places in New Delhi and Haryana in search of the officer.
The IAS officer hails from Haryana.
Jain, who was posted as commissioner in the settlement department at Jaipur, had left a note in his car for his wife Sunita and son Gautam regretting the fact that he had not been able to provide them accommodation.
