Six pregnant women reportedly died and many other fell ill because of Hepatitis E after consuming Chinese bhel puri in Mumbai.
After the shocking deaths of pregnant women and high number of patients suffering from Hepatitis E infection, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation swung into action and has formed a health committee which will examine eatables sold by the roadside vendors.
According to the doctors Chinese bhel puri is making people fall ill as it contains harmful sour sauce and some powder.
