After 10 years, the "Harry Potter" film series is coming to an end. Daniel Radcliffe, who was 13 when the first film was released in 2001, says he got emotional when shooting the last installment of the hit series.
"It was a huge release of emotion - I mean from all of us," said Radcliffe, who turns 22 in July.
"By no means was it just the cast, it was the crew as well. Even the people that have been there for the shortest amount of time had been there for 18 months - so it was a real tight-knit group."
Radcliffe said he cried on the set of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2," in theaters on July 17 in the United States.
"On that last day I was very, very upset, I cried a lot," he said. "I will miss working with that group of people."
The last "Potter" film begins as Harry, Ron, and Hermione continue their quest of finding and destroying the Dark Lord's three remaining Horcruxes, the magical items responsible for his immortality. But as the mystical Deathly Hallows are uncovered, and Voldemort finds out about their mission, the biggest battle begins and life as they know it will never be the same again.
