The Mohali girl, who has been accused by police of making and distributing an obscene MMS of another girl, has been admitted to PGI Chandigarh, after two persons on a motorbike allegedly hit her with a knife on her cheek on Thursday afternoon.
Police is however taking the girl's allegation with a pinch of salt. Police officials say the girl could have been injured at home.
The girl alleged, two youths on a motorbike attacked her with a knife in Baltana, Mohali and the knife made a deep cut on her right cheek. The girl says she had gone to a shop for recharging her cellphone.
